Matt was great. Conversational without being too chatty and long-winded. Very informative and pleasant. Patient, lol. We love what You are doing with the place.

When you’re here, you’re like family!! Everybody Acknowledges your existence!! The manager even came out and introduced himself since it was my first time visiting! Told me if I had any questions to feel free and ask, even if I was at home and something just popped in my head that I could call and we could talk about it! Definitely a great establishment and phenomenal customer service. Jacob made the normal transaction into an experience!! They always asks you if there’s anything else they can do. They remind you of specials that they are running just in case you overlooked something. They have a great rewards program. And give you a freebee on your second time in. If you’re looking for more than just a normal store experience then this place is definitely for you, And I would say definitely for everybody!!! Thanks Again to all the Staff!!

I loved my experience here as a first-time visitor! There are plenty of options to choose from, with a great variety to suit different preferences. The staff here are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, that offer excellent recommendations for newcomers. It helped me a lot to choose what I’ve been looking for. The products at Bloom are fantastic and I can definitely see myself coming back again in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
